How do I claim my items after purchase?

After placing your order, head to our Claim Order page and open the live chat. Give our team your order ID and Roblox username â we'll deliver your items directly to your account within minutes. No password required!
My order isn't showing up on the claim page.

Make sure you're using the correct order ID from your confirmation email. If it still doesn't show, open live chat and our team will manually locate your order and process it immediately.
It's not letting me join the bot's game.

Make sure your Roblox privacy settings allow anyone to join your game. Go to Roblox Settings â Privacy â set "Who can join me" to Everyone. Then try again. If it still doesn't work, contact our live chat.
The bot is taking a long time to give my items.

The bot isn't adding me back as a friend.

Why am I seeing a "Card Declined" error?

Card declines are usually caused by your bank blocking the transaction. Try: using PayPal, using a different card, or contacting your bank to approve the payment. You can also try in an incognito window.
Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds if your item was not delivered or if there was an error on our end. Once an item has been delivered to your Roblox account, we are unable to issue refunds as digital items cannot be returned. Contact live chat within 24 hours of purchase for any issues.
Something is out of stock. When will it restock?
